BUILDING PERMIT GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the Town of Caledon's online building permit submission form, follow the steps laid out in this form to successfully submit your building permit. For a complete list of forms and documents required to submit your building permit please see "

GUIDELINES
To complete this form, you will need to have the following documents with you:
Property owner contact information, including name, address, phone number and email address (as identified on their government-issued I.D.)
Your (applicant) contact information, including name, address, phone number and email address (as identified on your government-issued I.D.)
Property information including municipal address and roll number
All required permit drawings as laid out on our permit
checklist
Supporting material and documentation to be in PDF format.
Please note:
All documents must legible and submitted to scale and sized to print on paper no larger than 11”x17”.
Attachments are required to be uploaded through the online form and the total size of all attachments is restricted to a maximum 20 MB in size. If your submission exceeds 20 MB, request access to the Town of Caledon's FTP site to apply. Please call Building Services at
