Introduction
The purpose of this form is to either:
Submit missing or outstanding material required to deem a Part Lot Control Application complete (i.e. you have received a letter identify the application is incomplete).
Submit a revised application for a Part Lot Application to address Town and Agency comments.
This form is not used to submit a new Part Lot Control Application. Please use the other
form
.
TO SUBMIT A REVISED SUBMISSION FOR A PART LOT CONTROL APPLICATION
To submit a revised submission for a Part Lot Control application, please complete the online form and submit the form and required documents to Planning and Development Services, Community Services Department.
The Town will acknowledge receipt of revised Part Lot Control applications as follows:
For all submissions received by 3:00 pm on a business day, the application shall be date stamp received on that day.
For all submissions received after 3:00 pm on a business day, the application shall be deemed to be received on the next business day.
Once received, the Lead Planner will ensure that the revised submission is complete.
If the submission is incomplete, the Lead Planner will contact you to identify the missing required material.
If the submission is complete, the application will be circulated for review and comment (typically a 2 week circulation period).

To complete the form, you will need to have the following documents with you:
Your (applicant) contact information, including name and email address (as identified on your government-issued I.D.)
Where the applicant is not the property owner and is different than the original applicant, a document (brief letter) authorizing the applicant to act on the owner's behalf to submit the revised Part Lot Control application
Property information such as municipal address or roll number/ARN
Supporting material and documentation in PDF format as per the
Town's Electronic Submission Requirements
The form should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You cannot save the form while you are in the process of completing it. The form will begin to time-out after 15 minutes. There is a warning and you are able to extend the time for another 5 minutes.
Before proceeding with the form, please ensure that you have the following documents ready in PDF format in accordance with the
Town's Electronic Submission Standards for Planning Applications
:
A Cover Letter
describing the reason for the application and any proposed development or use of the property;
A Current Legal Survey
for each proposed lot;
A Draft Reference Plan
showing:
All lot lines;
All existing and proposed easements;
Setbacks to all buildings and structures (if applicable);
Poured concrete foundation (if applicable); and,
All other appropriate measurements.
Ontario Land Surveyor's Certificate
indicating:
Frontage at the street line and at the appropriate setback from the street line;
Area of each part shown on the reference plan; and,
Use of each part (i.e. easements, rights of ways, etc.)
Certification from a Consulting Engineer
indicating that the proposed lot lines and/or easements do not conflict with:
Location of lateral services;
Drainage plans; and,
Proposed site plan items.
OPTIONAL: Site Plan Drawing
Any other information that may be pertinent.
Please note that there is a maximum of 20 mb of documents permitted to be uploaded as part of this form.
