Introduction
The purpose of this form is to submit additional information in response to a Town refusal of a previously submitted Legal Non-Conforming Use application.
This form is not used to submit a new Legal Non-Conforming Use Application. Please use the other form "
Legal Non-Conforming Use Application - New Application
".
TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AN EXISTING LEGAL NON-CONFORMING USE APPLICATION
To submit additional information for a Legal Non-Conforming Use application, please complete the online form and submit the form and required documents to Planning & Development Services, Community Services Department.
The Town will acknowledge receipt of additional material for Legal Non-Conforming Use applications as follows:
For all submissions received by 3:00 pm on a business day, the material shall be date stamp received on that day.
For all submissions received after 3:00 pm on a business day, the material shall be deemed to be received on the next business day.
Once received, the material will be reviewed by Zoning staff and a response will be provided within 10 business days.

To complete the form, you will need to have the following documents with you:
Your (applicant) contact information, including name and email address (as identified on your government-issued I.D.)
Where the applicant is not the property owner and is different than the original applicant, a document (brief letter) authorizing the applicant to act on the owner's behalf to submit the additional material
Property information such as municipal address or roll number/ARN
Supporting material and documentation (preferably in PDF format as per the
Town's Electronic Submission Requirements
) which is being submitted to support further review of the application
The form should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You cannot save the form while you are in the process of completing it. The form will begin to time-out after 15 minutes. There is a warning and you are able to extend the time for another 5 minutes.
Please note that there is a maximum of 20 mb of documents permitted to be uploaded as part of this form.
Please identify the Legal Non-Conforming Use Application Number (i.e. LNC 2020-0005).
