Community Signs Request Form

Outdoor municipal signs are made available to advertise recreation and leisure programs, occasions and special events. All messages displayed on Town signs must abide by the Town of Caledon’s advertising and other applicable policies. For a copy of these policies please contact the Parks and Recreation Department.

Signs are allocated with priority as follows:

1. Promotion of Town of Caledon activities, program registrations, and special events
2. Information regarding community meetings, activities and events
3. Community not-for-profit activities

All requests for use of the signs must be made at least two weeks prior to the posting date. The Town of Caledon reserves the right to modify messages to maximize visibility and space allotment. All sign messages will be displayed based on availability, subject to the volume of requests. Town staff will determine the length of the message display.
