Caledon Business Support Program Form

The purpose of the Caledon Business Support Program is to improve communication and understand the issues faced by the Caledon business community. Wherever possible, we will provide information, resources and support to help your business remain and expand in Caledon.
By identifying common themes and emerging trends the Town will have an opportunity to establish priorities for projects in the community.

All information that you provide will be kept confidential. Information regarding commonly identified topics will be reported to Caledon Council in aggregate form only.

Here’s how it works:

1. Submit this form with as much detail as possible.
2. Economic Development staff will contact you to set up either a virtual or in-person (when permitted) visit.
3. During the visit additional information will be gathered.
4. Follow up with information and resources related to your areas of concern will be provided.
5. Caledon Council will be provided a summary of aggregated information gathered on an annual basis.
